Adds content of another RichView component (Source) to the end of document.

procedure AppendFrom(Source: TCustomRichView);

This method does not copy items of some types (including inserted controls and tables) (it just ignores them).

This method is the fastest way to copy items from one TRichView to another, but it has the limitations listed above.

The recommended way of copying 1:

var Stream: TMemoryStream;

begin

  Stream := TMemoryStream.Create;

  try

    Source.SaveRVFToStream(Stream, False);

    Stream.Position := 0;

    Dest.LoadRVFFromStream(Stream);

    Dest.Format;

  finally

    Stream.Free;

  end;

end;

The recommended way of copying 2:

Dest.Document := Source.Document;
